As an Inside Sales Outbound Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include making follow-up calls, scheduling appointments for our Sales and Service teams, and successfully closing sales. Your keen attention to detail will be instrumental in accomplishing each task with excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Follow up with existing customers via telephone to ensure quality and finalize previously unsold proposals.
• Meet performance metrics and targets, such as number of customer interactions, touch to appointment set ratio and customer satisfaction scores.
• Maintain updated, accurate, and complete customer files.
• Exceed sales goals to drive the success of the organization.
• Provide support to other departments through various administrative tasks, such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling leads, and organizing annual maintenance activities.
• Create remarkable customer experiences that build long-lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable on-site attendance.

 NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

• Possess knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Exhibit proficiency in operating a personal computer and relevant programs.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Skillfully handle a variety of tasks to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks to maintain organized records.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 1 years of experience in sales or a related position or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record in this field.
