Position Description:
Our client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate for their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Phoenix. This is a position offering exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. This Associate will support complex litigation and contract disputes across a wide range of industries including real estate, construction, technology, insurance, and manufacturing. Candidates should have 2 -5 years of experience in complex litigation including: managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances. They offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial work environment. JD & Arizona Bar Admission required.
