Position Description:

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Litigaiton Associate in their Denver office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be prepared to work on a variety of health care litigation, regulatory, and operational issues. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity and experience with federal and state court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. The candidate should have experience with research, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Must be highly motivated, diligent, high energy, possess excellent writing skills and be able to work independently to manage myriad deadlines and thrive in a team environment. Experience in health care is a plus. Candidates should have high marks from a reputable law school and be in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.

The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn and a desire to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
