Position Description:
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of employment litigation experience and should be familiar with handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. In addition to working on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, candidate will also be exposed to drafting/revising handbooks, conducting workplace trainings, and counseling clients through day-to-day workplace and related challenges. You must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
