Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2-5 years of environmental litigation experience. This thriving practice represents and advises national and international insurers in a broad range of coverage cases across the Unites States, including a wide range of complex insurance coverage matters, principally involving pollution, toxic tort, and asbestos matters. Candidates should have strong legal research and writing skills.
Job duties include:
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing pleadings, motions and briefs
- Participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Interviewing clients and eyewitnesses to accidents
- Reporting on the status of cases to clients
