Position Description:

Our client’s Technology Companies Group is seeking Associates with 4 to 6 years of experience with a passion for high-growth emerging technology businesses to join the Silicon Valley office. They are proud to be one of the only firms to offer a destination practice with deep Silicon Valley roots and a broad global platform that scales with their clients as they grow. During the past two years, they closed more than 2,000 deals valued at $80 billion in venture capital financings, representing such hot tech companies as Anthropic, Deel, Mistral, Stripe, as well as investors including Atomico, Bessemer, Coatue Management, Crosslink, Fifth Wall and Marcy Venture Partners. They have advised on numerous high-profile M&A deals in the market, including SAP’s acquisition of WalkMe, BeReal’s sale Voodoo, MosaicML’s sale to Databricks and Casetext’s sale to Thomson Reuters.

The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a major law firm, focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies. The role demands a highly driven individual with outstanding academic skills in both verbal, written communication, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The candidate would be a resident in our Silicon Valley office. Membership to the California Bar is required.
