The salary range for this role, based in New York is $130,680.00 to $179,700.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and results-driven Senior Manager who is passionate about organizational effectiveness and building a strong diverse and inclusive team culture.
Role
The Senior Manager, Distribution Excellence, will report to the Senior Director, Distribution Strategy & Excellence, and partner closely with the executive leadership team and other functional leads, including HR and Legal. This individual will assist with the implementation of project Elevate, which entails the management and strategic execution of the optimal RTM strategy with key distributor partners in the U.S. This is a very exciting position that will have an impact on one of PRUSA's most critical cross-functional projects.
This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence. Our ideal candidate thrives working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leads by example, has sound business judgement, problem-solving expertise, and wants to drive significant impact. This position will enable clear links between commercial, legal, and finance activities to the company's strategic agenda.
The ideal candidate has strong skills in result-oriented execution, negotiation, meticulous attention to detail, and executive level communications - all with high analytical capability and rigor. The ideal candidate will also have gravitas and an ability to command respect in negotiations.
This role represents a unique opportunity to be exposed to and operate at the highest levels of business strategy and operations at a global company. It is important that S/he collaborates closely with the change management and communications teams to ensure accurate messaging and complete communication plans on strategic projects and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Project Management:
  • Elevate: Project Manager
    • Partner with Project Elevate Lead and assist with PMO management for strategic analysis of our end-to-end Route to Market organization
    • Assist with coordination of workloads between core Negotiating team and broader subject matter experts within PR USA organization
    • Prepare materials for weekly or biweekly working sessions
    • Assist Elevate Lead with coordination of wholesaler RFP, including:
      • Assist in coordinating RFP kick-offs
      • Assembling responses from wholesalers
      • Coordinating Q&A sessions
      • Analysis of financial, commercial, operational & legal implications of proposals at each stage
    • Assist Elevate Lead with ad hoc financial, commercial, S&OP analysis throughout the negotiation for national contractual asks
    • Help prepare content for engagements with key leadership (CODI, Conor, ExCom)
    • Liaise with global resources on additional topics (D-star, RTDs, etc.)
    • Provide clear link and excellent communication and collaboration between the Legal team and project team
    • Key participant in activities related to distributor negotiations
    • Ensure full portfolio analysis and a fit for purpose organization optionality to be prioritized and considered in upcoming wholesaler decisions and contract negotiations
    • Assist Elevate Lead in driving monthly and quarterly prioritization and metrics for success, while collaborating with the leadership team and internal partners to meet strategic deliverables
- Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Transformation and HR leaders
  • Facilitate SLAM teams and project workshops with key project stakeholders to drive progress across the various project phases
  • Assist in navigating / influencing multiple stakeholders to gain alignment on key decisions and move projects forward
  • When needed, assist with managing external parties/consultants involved on projects
  • Offer innovative approaches to overcome project roadblocks and drive progress towards project objectives
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree level education required. Master's is preferred.
  • 7 years of consulting, corporate strategy, finance and commercial experience
  • Highly analytical, with ability to use the power of facts and knowledge to bring insights that challenge and influence the business.
  • Project management skillset - Able to build and deliver professional, succinct presentations to tell the story; describe project or analysis proposals, results, and recommended actions.
  • Ability to manage a high degree of complexity and to distill information into simple and persuasive messages, able to think both strategically at a global level and deliver information across multiple channels and mediums.
  • Cross-organization consensus-building skills, including ability to build comprehensive and compelling presentation and communication materials with a high degree of focus on details and delivery quality.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial and finance functions.
  • The ability to build trust, influence, and relationships with diverse team members to accelerate delivery, and the ability to use these skills to facilitate connection with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously across a distributed set of stakeholders without direct ownership of resources.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels, countries and cultures.
  • Program management experience with the ability to prioritize work in a rapid-changing environment and synthesize information from massive volume of data and ambiguous situations.
  • Manages confidentiality without exception.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on execution.
  • Capable of strong individual contribution and influence across non-direct reporting teams.
  • Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
