An Austin, Texas-based staffing firm is seeking a bilingual service representative to join their team of dynamic individuals.

The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in both English and Spanish, have an outgoing personality, have keen attention to detail, and be a team player. Experience in staffing or a similar industry will be a HUGE PLUS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You'll be responsible for communicating with existing clients, speaking with candidates, following up to ensure employees are onboarded correctly, and identifying and resolving issues as they arise in a timely manner.

JOB DUTIES:

• Crafting and sending communication with information about the company onboarding agenda.
• Ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Travel to job sites to assist employees as needed.
• Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems.
• Assisting with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.
• Follow communication guidelines and procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.
• Follow directions from managers and supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of recent verifiable experience in employee onboarding or similar.
• Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (Written & Verbal).
• Must be able to visit jobsites in Austin and surrounding areas.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new HR Systems.
• Must be proficient with PCs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
