Salary:

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000
  • Bonus Structure: $20,000 - $40,000

Position Overview: United Trades of America is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator for a Roofing Restoration Company. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in estimating residential roofing projects and have substantial experience with Xactimate or similar estimation software. This role involves significant data entry, working with insurance companies, and engaging in negotiations to ensure accurate and profitable estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately estimate the cost of residential roofing projects.
  • Utilize Xactimate software (or similar) for detailed and precise estimates.
  • Engage in data entry and maintain detailed records of estimates and project specifics.
  • Work closely with insurance companies to ensure estimates meet requirements and support claim processes.
  • Negotiate effectively to ensure profitable and competitive project bids.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estimating residential roofing projects.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software or similar estimation tools.
