Real Estate Attorney

Seeking Estate Attorney for a position in the Woodlands/Conroe area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate, foreclosures, and evictions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Navigate foreclosures.
• Determine easements or encumbrances attached to the property.
• Enforce legal contracts, title documents, etc.
• Ensure legal protection during transactions.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Minimum 5 years of recent verifiable experience with real estate law, evictions, and foreclosures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Negotiating experience.
• The ability to read through and assess large amounts of information.
• Must be able to perform the research needed and find detailed information about properties, laws, and cases.
• Must have a law degree from an accredited institute.
