Position Overview: United Trades of America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for a Roofing Restoration Company. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales and team management. This role is crucial in driving our sales team's performance and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel to ensure goal attainment.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales team members to provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Participate actively in the field, working alongside sales personnel to understand market challenges and opportunities.
