Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives.
- Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel to ensure goal attainment.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales team members to provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Participate actively in the field, working alongside sales personnel to understand market challenges and opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in a managerial role.
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry is highly preferred.
