Job Description:
Perro's Florist is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our flower shop, assisting customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and hard-working, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. While previous floral experience is not required, the ability to work well under pressure, adapt to different situations, multitask, and deliver outstanding customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of orders over the phone, online, and in-person.
• Accurately capture customer and order information in the POS system.
• Communicate order details and customer expectations to our design and delivery team.
• Present and answer questions about our products and services, making appropriate recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency for sales and order entry.
• Ability to meet customer needs efficiently and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
