The Perry County Health Department has an exciting opportunity for a part-time, temporary Public Health Nurse. The Public Health Nurse provides vaccinations, tuberculosis (TB) skin testing, blood pressure monitoring, and head lice management.
Minimum Qualifications for the Public Health Nurse position: currently licensed as a registered nurse pursuant to Section 4723.13 of the Ohio Revised Code. Applicants must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License, with ongoing proof of auto insurance also required.

The pay for this position is $21.63 per hour for 24-29 hours per week. This temporary position is estimated to be needed from August 1, 2024- January 31, 2025, with some flexibility. The Perry County Health Department participates in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System.
