Perry Roofing contractors is searching for an experienced Service Technician to join our Service Team! This is your opportunity to join a growing company whose name is well known in the industry.

Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Travel to and from local area homes and businesses for estimating and repairs
• Identify and repair roof leaks
• Repair and install different roofing, sheet metal and flashing
• Perform and document roof inspections/repairs
• Perform daily paperwork and complete work orders accordingly
• Use of basic hand/power tools
• Implement project instructions with specific details
• Communicate with co-workers and customers
• Perform any other related duties that may be assigned
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic
• Getting on rooftops, in attics and use of ladders

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in roofing and/or roof repairs
• Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Be familiar with different roofing systems and how to install and/or properly repair them. (EPDM, PVC, low-slope roofing systems, metal/steep slope)
• Ability to travel locally when required, rotate weekends as needed
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Compliance with OSHA reporting and procedures
• Maintain appropriate physical appearance and a positive attitude as a reflection of Perry Roofing
• Positive communication with peers and customers
• Willing to learn and use company software
• Basic computer and smart phone skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
