Preschool Director
Seeking a Preschool Director with a passion in early education to lead the Preschool program in a new Spirit filled Christian School in Thousand Oaks Ca set to open in September 2024.

Our school is based on a true relationship with Christ immersed in a holistic learning environment, beautifully and purposefully designed spaces, nature inspired indoor/outdoor classrooms, and intimate class sizes.
Qualifications:
The Director must be a Christian who has a deep faith in Jesus Christ and believes they can lead, manage, and implement a faith-based and uniquely designed curriculum to build up and lead the next generation of children AND teachers in our school.
Must meet all current California State requirements for a Preschool Director.
Must have least 7 years of experience in a licensed childcare center.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the owner/development team to implement the unique curriculum.
· Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Oversee the daily operations of the facility including the support and care for teachers, children, and families.
Managing all day-to-day aspects of the preschool
Participate collaboratively and professionally with staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and collective/individual interests of its staff and children.
Negotiate conflict resolution with children, parents, and staff
Facilitate the enrollment process including including tours.
Administrative duties, including supply management, budget management, and maintenance of student contracts and files
Compensation:
· Starting $65,000 a year salary
· 40 Hours per week

· Comfortable in using technology and applications relevant to preschool management.
