Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership and Oversight: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of multiple projects, coordinating activities to ensure integration and support across all project phases.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing expert business advisory services and maintaining strong client relations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Financial and Advisory Management: Guide services in financial management, including process improvements, financial reporting, accounting, cost management, and business advisory.
- Data and Technology Oversight: Oversee initiatives in data governance, analytics, IT development, system enhancements, and process automation.
- Risk and Compliance Management: Direct enterprise risk management, internal controls, and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
- Organizational Transformation: Lead efforts in organizational change management, process optimization, human capital strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, focusing on performance measurement, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, including 3 years in government project environments. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale financial and technology projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA) are preferred.
- Work Schedule: This is a full-time, remote position.
