OverviewPersistent Technology Inc (PTI) seeks an experienced Project Director to lead and provide strategic direction for multiple high-impact projects. This role is essential for delivering comprehensive business advisory services, managing financial transformations, and ensuring the successful execution of technology initiatives that support our clients' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership and Oversight: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of multiple projects, coordinating activities to ensure integration and support across all project phases.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing expert business advisory services and maintaining strong client relations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Financial and Advisory Management: Guide services in financial management, including process improvements, financial reporting, accounting, cost management, and business advisory.
  • Data and Technology Oversight: Oversee initiatives in data governance, analytics, IT development, system enhancements, and process automation.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Direct enterprise risk management, internal controls, and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
  • Organizational Transformation: Lead efforts in organizational change management, process optimization, human capital strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, focusing on performance measurement, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, including 3 years in government project environments. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale financial and technology projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA) are preferred.
