Key Responsibilities
- Project Management and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction for specific projects, managing the design, implementation, and delivery of project-specific tasks. Ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the day-to-day interface with clients, maintaining communication and ensuring client satisfaction with the progress and outcomes of the services provided.
- Financial and Risk Management: Oversee areas such as financial process improvement, reporting, cost and performance management, and enterprise risk management. Ensure adherence to best practices and audit-proven solutions.
- Data and Technology Management: Support initiatives in data governance, data science and analytics, and technology management, facilitating the integration of innovative business solutions.
- Organizational Support: Assist in organizational transformation efforts including process optimization, change management, and strategic planning aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Presentation and Reporting: Support the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights into project progress and outcomes.
- Experience: More than 4 years of progressively responsible experience in project management and engagements, including at least 2 years with government projects. Demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, PMP) are preferred.
- Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring a combination of remote work and on-site presence in our Washington, D.C. office.
