We are looking for the right candidate to oversee the quality control shipping stations of our Photo Lab! Your daily work will include but not limited to: conducting qualitycontrol inspections, printing packaging photo orders, overseeing inspection processes and shipping metrics of our business, and cultivating a team that takes pride in doing excellent work.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Function as the Afternoon Shift Lead
  • Manage the inspection and packaging of print orders, ensure team meets daily processing & shipping deadlines
  • Primary trainer for all new hires, conduct skills assessments
  • Apply feedback from customer support on common issues and relay needed adjustments to team of quality control workers
  • Foster a mentality of teamwork & positivity
  • Take initiative on special projects pertaining to shipping supply chain management
  • Conduct monthly inventory and ordering for packaging supplies
  • Educate in-store customers
  • When needed, assist with printing photo orders
  • Perform closing duties, prepare Lab for the next day

Customer service-oriented attitude is a must. You will be packaging shipping photo print orders. We will have opportunities for growth that are tailored to your skills and our business' needs.

  • Part Time: 30 hours/week; ideal candidates would be able to have a "flex" schedule, and work at least 35 hours/week (can choose to work up to 40 hrs/week) during sale weeks and peak holiday times.
  • Shifts: Work five shifts a week, Monday-Friday from 12/12:30-6:30 PM. Two weeks a month, must be able to work four weekday shifts and a Saturday shift from 10 AM - 4:30 PM. Closed Sun & Holidays
  • Pay Rate: Trainees begin at $15/hr, passing two performance certifications are required in the first 90 days. Passing each certification earns you a $0.50 raise, so you will earn $16/hr at 3 months. Anticipate successful candidates to certify for third and final certification level to earn $16.50/hr after 6 months of employment. Can earn raises earlier, depends on individual's readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • An eye for nuances in color
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Willing to take initiative and manage special projects
  • Positive attitude, desire to inspire and motivate
  • High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic photography or graphic design
  • Leadership Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Fulfillment or Supply Chain (inventory, ordering, etc.) experience
  • Familiar with Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or ShipStation softwares
