We are looking for the right candidate to oversee the day to day operations of our Photo Lab! Your daily work will include but not limited to: printing photo orders, zoning labor throughout the lab to meet daily deadlines, training new hires on production stations, and cultivating a team that takes pride in doing excellent work.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Perform opening duties, host brief morning employee meeting to prepare Lab for the day
• Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations
• Manage the printing of photo orders, ensure team meets daily processing deadlines
• Secondary trainer for all new hires, conduct skills assessments
• Apply feedback from customer support on common issues and relay needed adjustments to team of production workers
• Foster a mentality of teamwork & positivity
• Take initiative on special projects pertaining to business management
• Conduct weekly inventory and order printing supplies
• When needed, assist with packaging photo orders

Customer service-oriented attitude is a must. You will be printing packaging photo print orders. We will have opportunities for growth that are tailored to your skills and our business' needs.

• Part Time: 35 hours/week; ideal candidates would be able to have a "flex" schedule, and work at least 40 hours/week once a month for sales.
• Shifts: Work five shifts a week, Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM -4:30/5 PM. Two weeks a month, must be able to work four weekday shifts and a Saturday shift from 10 AM - 4:30 PM. Closed Sun & Holidays
• Holiday Season: From Black Friday - third Saturday of December, employee will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours/week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse/Manufacturing Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Fulfillment or Supply Chain (inventory, ordering, etc.) experience
• Knowledge of basic photography or graphic design
• Familiar with Photoshop, and/or Lightroom softwares
