Join the Person County Group Homes (PCGH) team and play a crucial role in enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Professional to lead in creating and implementing personalized support plans that make a significant difference in our community.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to craft and execute individualized support plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, conduct staff evaluations, and deliver tailored training programs.
• Actively contribute to the Management Team to enhance organizational success.
• Ensure strict compliance with agency policies, accreditation, and licensure standards.
• Analyze monthly data and prepare quarterly reports for management review.
• Chair team meetings and participate in an on-call rotation.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Graduate Degree in a Human Service field, or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
• You have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience working with Adult IDD populations.
• You are proficient in MS Office Suite and you possess strong computer skills.

Pay: $45,228.00 - $47,495.00 per year
