Key Responsibilities :

• Provide essential support with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and evening routines.
• Implement and adapt individualized care plans to enhance each resident's quality of life.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes resident independence.
• Facilitate and participate in evening group activities, encouraging engagement and social interaction.
• Maintain detailed records of progress and daily activities, ensuring that client needs are met and documented.

Qualifications :

• A passion for caregiving and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on lives.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with adults with IDD.
• Ability to work a consistent overnight shift, providing reliability and stability in our group home setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit that reflects our culture of positivity and teamwork.
• A proactive approach, prioritizing the needs and well-being of our clients.
• Minimum educational requirement : GED or higher.
• A valid Driver's License is required, as transporting clients using company-owned vehicles is an occasional, yet essential, job function.
