Job Title: Home Health Aide

Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. This position requires expertise in senior care, medical terminology, memory care, patient care, meal preparation, caregiving, and maintaining medical records.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care and assistance to clients within their residences
- Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs while promptly reporting any changes or concerns
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Engage clients in stimulating activities to enhance mental well-being and social interaction
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients at all times
- Collaborate with family members for coordinated care efforts

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in providing personal care and support to individuals in need
- Proficiency in senior care, medical terminology, memory care, and patient care practices
- Ability to handle meal preparation and follow dietary guidelines
- Competency in maintaining accurate medical records
- Capability to lift and assist clients as needed
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Hoyer lift experience
