**Overview:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

- Assist customers with product information, order placement, billing inquiries, and issue resolution

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and information

- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve overall service quality

- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers

- Upsell products or services based on customer needs and preferences

- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction

**Skills:**

- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns promptly

- Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends as needed
