Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and senior care, possessing skills in patient care and assisting with activities of daily living.

Duties:
- Provide support to individuals with autism and seniors in daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Aid in mobility and lifting for those requiring assistance
- Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders

Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with autism and in senior care settings
- Proficient in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Capable of heavy lifting when required
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards those in need of support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
