This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC milling machines
• Working with manual, semi-automated/automated tools and machines
• Working with ID, OD, Jig, centerless cylindrical and surface grinders
• Maintain tolerance required according to blueprints/prints
• Inspecting parts using micrometers, vernier, gauging devices, indicator, comparator
• Routine maintenance on machines as required

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC milling experience
• Experience working with various forms and types of metal
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Fabrication metrology
• Use of various measurement and inspection tools
• Math skills required to perform calculations
• Equipment maintenance knowledge and machine tooling knowledge required

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 6:30am – 3:00pm

The salary is up to $35 per hour based on experience
