About:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a Sales Development Representative ! This full-time, long-term opportunity can lead to permanent hire and offers the chance to contribute to top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
Identify prospects' needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Build long-term, trusting relationships to qualify leads.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Marketing Director.
Job Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant sales experience.
Strategic selling skills and experience in complex selling environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Physical Demands:
