Personnel Services Unlimited is Hiring a Sales development representative Near Shelby, NC

About :

Pay is $17.50 / HR

PSU's Benefits : Health / Life Insurance, Holiday & Vacation Pay, Referral Bonuses, Weekly Pay.

Essential Duties :

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
  • Identify prospects' needs and recommend appropriate products / services.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships to qualify leads.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Marketing Director.

Job Skills and Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strategic selling skills and experience in complex selling environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Physical Demands :

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 25 lbs.
