**Join Our Team!**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations to join our team at our elementary charter school. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our school.

**Job Summary:**

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the administrative, logistical, and facilities-related aspects of our school, while supporting our mission and vision. You will work closely with teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure the effective operation of our school, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the school's administrative tasks, including scheduling, records management, and correspondence
* Oversee the school's facilities and maintenance, including custodial services, repairs, and renovations
* Coordinate logistics and events, such as parent-teacher conferences, parent nights, and school-wide assemblies
* Supervise and support the school's administrative staff, including the front office team, administrative assistants, and school culinary team
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency
* Manage the school's budget and financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Provide strategic leadership to improve operational practices and processes
* Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
* Analyze operational trends and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
* Collaborate with outside teams to ensure seamless daily operations
* Develop and formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in educational administration or operations management
* Proven track record of effective organizational and project management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with technology and software systems
* Strong leadership qualities
