Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Comfortable with outbound calling to engage with customers
