Position: SENIOR BATCH SCHEDULING ADMINISTRATOR

Location: NEW YORK CITY, NY. / ALPHARETTA, GA.

Experience: 10 Years

Work type: C2C only (Day 1 onsite in hybrid model)

PETADATA is currently looking to hire for the position of SENIOR BATCH SCHEDULING ADMINISTRATOR for one of their clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Administer the CONTROL-M Scheduler and the batch environments on Linux. You will work with developers to help test and set up batch jobs mainly with the CONTROL-M batch scheduling tool.

- Integrate work between Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE batch environments.

- Work with custom batch frameworks that are used to define batch jobs as well as using the CONTROL-M automation API to create and update batch jobs.

- Build a new high-availability solution for the CONTROL-M Workload manager.

Required Qualifications:

- The Candidate should have CONTROL-M batch scheduling experience.

- Must have CONTROL-M Admin experience.

- Should have Scripting skills, one or more of the following (Bash, KSH, Perl, python)

- Should have OS knowledge (Linux (CentOS RedHat), Windows)

- Must have experience in File transfer components and protocols.

- Must have experience in SVN, GIT, BitBucket (version control systems)

- Experience in Additional scheduling tools like Autosys, CA.

- Must have Linux administration experience, Monitoring and dashboarding around Batch service level agreements

- Experience in CONTROL-M Automation API

- Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
