Essential Job Functions

• Develops, applies and maintains test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
• Estimates testing requirements for input into planning efforts.
• Communicates test estimate, test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders.
• Ensures that new software meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
• Follow established process for defect tracking and reporting.
• Leads bug triage and root cause analysis.
• Captures and interprets user session data for workflows in production and non-production environments
• Develops, debugs, and maintains automated tests for new and existing tests.
• Plans and performs functional and regression testing.
• Troubleshoots automation script errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience working with web applications and\or SaaS applications in an agile\scrum environment.
• 3 years of experience testing web services.
• Experience with test automation activities.
