The Loader Operator provides plant support for ready mix plant operations. The Loader Operator:
- Feeds the plant with materials to support production of ready-mix concrete
- Performs periodic maintenance and minor repairs on mobile & stationary equipment
- Works with team members to meet daily goals for production
- Ability to operate the equipment safely, efficiently and effectively are essential
