We are seeking a dedicated Secretary/ Service Writer to join our team. As a Secretary/ Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service by coordinating automotive services and repairs. If you have a background in automotive service we have an exciting opportunity available for you. Will train the right person.

Duties:
- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and concerns
- Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
- Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate cost estimates for services
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and repairs
- Ensure timely completion of all service orders while maintaining quality standards

Experience:
- Prior experience in an automotive service environment is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with mechanics
