for more information on our company. This can be a great, long-term career opportunity for the right person. We need a fast learner who is reliable, motivated and has a very strong work ethic.

Responsibilities :

  • Incoming & outgoing phone calls
  • Monitoring general business email
  • Editing and proofreading of brochures, letters, and other documents
  • Faxing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Preparing documents for bulk mailings (stuffing / stamping / taping, etc.)
  • Light data entry using FileMaker Pro
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assist all departments as needed on special projects, etc.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • High School graduate
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with MAC desktop computers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar & spelling
  • Ability to work quickly with little supervision under strict deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of duties at any given time

Candidates with the following will be given first consideration :

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Proficiency with MAC, QuarkXpress, and / or FileMaker Pro
  • Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm. We provide a starting annual salary of $45,000 - $50,000, paid single medical, dental benefits, 401K plan, paid vacation &

holidays, and profit sharing.
