Small commercial litigation firm in midtown seeks experienced litigator with eight plus years' experience. This is not an insurance defense position. Candidate should have experience with cases involving intellectual property, securities, breach of contract. Coop condo litigation a plus. Attorney will be responsible for a full caseload from inception through trial and appeal. Deposition and trial experience required. Book of business is not required, but any would be welcome. Work is mostly in office. Any managerial experience is a plus. Salary range 200-300k commensurate with experience.
