Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Lead to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in hospitality management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Train and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably with knowledge of Aloha POS system, is a great plus but not required
- Strong understanding of kitchen management, food preparation, and shift management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
