Description
We are seeking a Project Supervisor to manage and oversee our roofing projects from start to finish. In this role, you will ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards, and on time, and communicate with the Homeowner throughout the entire process. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced but also eager to grow and develop within our company!
Responsibilities
•Manage roofing projects, ensuring quality completion
•Oversee and guide roofing crews, fostering a safe and productive work environment
•Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets our high standards and homeowner expectations
•Ensure personal property is pulled away from the house
•Ensure job stays presentable during the project
•Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
•Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize project performance.
•Obtain/return materials as needed
•Report extra materials needed during job and any other work that was performed.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reports.
•Schedule repairs, final walkthroughs, etc.
Qualifications
• Experience: Must have management experience and/or roofing or construction experience
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in construction management or related fields are a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and value driven. Proficiency in technology and organization are a must.
