The staff pharmacist is responsible for providing distributive and extensive clinical services to inpatients and ambulatory care patients, including daily clinical review of assigned patients, participation in interdisciplinary rounds, sterile, non-sterile, and hazardous medication distribution. Works collaboratively with pharmacy team, providers, nurses and other clinicians to provide safe medication processes. Alternates between central pharmacy and unit based responsibilities. Supports and participates in hospital strategic and quality initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education: B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D Degree
Credentials: Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
Experience: No minimum (preferred 2 years in hospital Pharmacy)
