This Assistant Site Manager role is vital to the growth of this developer in the East of Scotland and represents a promising opportunity for anyone in the region looking to take a step up and showcase their talent with this award winning luxury brand.
There are real signs of the property market is returning to normal order as the year continues and this client has a healthy pipeline of developments confirmed for the rest of 2024 across the East of Scotland. As a result they are taking the opportunity to strengthen their team now. As an Assistant Site Manager it is expected that you will take on one of their key developments based in the Edinburgh area.
Reporting to a Site Manager, typical day to day site duties will include:

• Assist with the management of all site activity day to day (labour and sub contractor coordination).
• Support with driving the programme and delivering quality products for customers.
• Providing first class customer service through walk arounds / handovers.
• Responsibility for all health and safety and NHBC related activity on site.
• We are looking for candidates who are goal focused, methodical thinkers, have a passion for the industry and enjoy maintaining a spotless site compound!

A proven track record delivering new build construction projects is a must given the nature of this role and it would certainly be desirable if you had experience in the housing industry. Up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates are also required for this role.
