Overview of the Role

The Data Integrity Associate goal is to ensure that data is accurate and reliable across all PetWise locations feeding into PetWise Systems. Supports all locations in reviewing and identifying areas for improvement with the goal of 100% data accuracy developing SOPs as necessary.

This is a hybrid role based out of Novato, Ca

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data feeding into PetWise Systems from each division’s database.
• Collaborate with cross-function teams at all locations to identify and resolve data integrity issues as well as subcontracting teams.
• Develop and implement data quality processes and procedures.
• Conduct data audits and perform root causes analysis and address data discrepancies.
• Provide training to PetWise Planning & Systems users as necessary to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop SOPs and keep current where necessary.
• Proactively identify potential data integrity issues and recommend solutions.
• Monitor data quality and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams highlighting any systems issues that need to be addressed by IT or subcontracting teams.
• Provides support to Sr Director of Business Intelligence in managing and publishing reports to organization, as needed.
• Ad Hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of data management experience
• 4-year college degree or work equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functional teams, be open to suggestions and able to collaborate with others to solve problems and offer solutions.
• Knowledge of consumer products is a plus
• Prior use of wholesale planning system is a plus
• Knowledge of Sage Business Management System is a plus
• Ability to use Microsoft products efficiently and effectively such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Work environment is indoors, majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.

SALARY RANGE:

The base salary range is $28.90 - $34.62/hr. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, location, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
