Who You Are:
The Facilities Tech is an essential member of the team, ensuring safe, well-maintained clubs for members. Our Facilities Techs are self-motivated, "handy" individuals with knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and repair work. Tech's possess and have experience using a variety of hand and power tools. Your experience and problem-solving skills will ensure a 5-star membership experience. Veterans welcomed!
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Use your vehicle to travel to clubs to perform basic maintenance.
• Perform facility upkeep and repairs such as drywall patching, painting, finish carpentry, electrical, and plumbing for assigned locations.
• Maintain and repair fitness, tanning and spa equipment independently while abiding by manufacturer & safety regulations.
• Work with Facility Coordinator and partner with outside vendors to schedule maintenance as needed.
• Updating work order software system to ensure timely repairs/resolutions with accurate description.
• comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Requirements
Must have reliable work vehicle and standard tools

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Be able to bend, twist, stoop, squat and lift up to 75lbs
• Must be able to climb ladder and step ladder.
• Good time management skills
• Must have basic computers skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be18 years or older
