PFES is looking for a Materials Coordinator to support our Wildfire Mitigation team on a hybrid schedule.
Our team manages the coordination and execution of upgrades, replacements, and new construction to the electric utility distribution infrastructure located in Portland and Salt Lake City. These is a large program that provides long term employment potential and excellent compensation.
Responsibilities:
Track, coordinate, and prioritize materials being issued to projects. This role has oversight of materials for internal and 3rd party vendors, needing to make sure that the overall materials being placed on order are correct for the scope of work, compliant with standard materials, and properly accounted for in the project (PRUs).
This person will be responsible for setting up the materials tracking forms/database from scratch and executing after it is up and running. Looking for someone who can go in and gather information, create the process, implement, and manage.
Must have SAP experience.
Knowledge of P6 is preferred.
Location: Must live in OR, WA, ID, UT, CA, WY.
