What You Will AchieveDrive integrated brand and content sponsorship strategy for commercial portfolio to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement and support business objectives
Assess and advise on sponsorship or partnership opportunities that maximize Pfizer portfolio messaging and build brand recognition
Curate and hone opportunities that can be elevated across the portfolio or for specific brands
Manage KPIs for partnership packages and sponsorships in collaboration with media planning and performance team and agencies and continuously adapt based on audience and business needs.
Create standards and best practices for media integration, partnership and sponsorship opportunities to drive consistency and scale across the organization
Work cross-functionally across integrated media, corporate affairs and brand teams
Create and drive enterprise strategy for Pfizer Marketing presence at Industry tentpole events
How You Will Achieve ItDevelop the strategy, relationships and opportunities for brand partnership and sponsorship on platforms as well as experiential activations.
Create holistic plan to standardize our approach to brand activations and content sponsorships that extend the Pfizer brand and amplify the therapeutic area reach to meet audience needs and business objectives
Partner with marketers and corporate affairs teams on editorial planning to help extend partner and sponsor opportunities leading all relevant content for outside parties to partner amplify based on commercial objectives and cultural contexts.
Responsible for identifying and maintaining relationships with key media and sponsorship partners
Create and drive standards and best practices for media integration and sponsorship opportunities to drive consistency and scale across the organization
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how paid, owned and earned marketing integrate and have a strong understanding of the media and event landscape.
Has extensive experience working across in-house and external agency management models
Provide regular updates across the enterprise on sponsorships, initiatives and activations to share learnings
Has strong industry relationships externally with media platforms, publishing houses, outlets and entertainment and lifestyle companies, sports venues and leagues.
This colleague has the ability to leverage cutting-edge marketing and analytic tools to best understand the needs for the campaign or platform they are designing platforms for and with partners.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of experience either in-house or at the agency setting
  • Strong understanding of experiential and integrated marketing.
  • Strong examples of past work executing content strategies and campaigns for a large culture-driven company or organization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Growth mindset and ability to build something new in a white space.
  • Excellent written skills for many stakeholders and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the legal and compliance regulations in the healthcare marketing space
  • Experience working with hybrid and central/decentralized integrated marketing teams.
  • Experience working in regulated industries or able to think strategically about prioritization and scale in this environment
  • Experience defining marketing and PR -related KPIs and measurement strategies.
  • Experience managing large and complex budgets across brands.
  • Compelling communication skills.
  • Aptitude for convincing others (internally and externally) of the value of their ideas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrix environment
  • Must be able to both drive strategy and execute with speed and high quality.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
