Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst with strong technical accounting skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with GAAP accounting, audit readiness, and internal controls. This role involves performing detailed financial analyses, supporting audit readiness, writing accounting policies, and setting up controls, in addition to financial modeling and analysis tasks. Duties:

• Support audit readiness and help write and implement accounting policies
• Set up internal controls and support internal audit functions
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings
• Conduct due diligence
• Learn and utilize various accounting and ERP systems
• Build and maintain cash flow models, forecast models, and three-statement forecasts
• Assist in financial projections, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Collaborate with senior consultants and provide analytical support as needed

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Technical accounting skills, including GAAP compliance
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different accounting and ERP systems
• Interest in big data and metrics development is desirable
• Creative thinker with a drive to learn and grow
• CPA is a plus

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
