Experience Required
- PGA Member or Associate
- Experience in tournament operations
- Experience with Junior Golf programs is a plus
- Knowledge of Golf Genius software
- Knowledge of POS
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations under the direction of the Head Golf Professional
- Assist in tournament operations
- Provide exceptional customer service skills daily
- Assist in managing the instruction program including Junior Golf, Clinics, etc.
- Assist in Golf Shop operations and merchandising
- Assist in tracking rounds and daily billing
- Maintain a high level of visibility among the membership
