Overview

• Post content for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok to build brand awareness, generate traffic, and increase engagement.
• Oversee all Email Marketing through Klaviyo, including copy, imagery, and proper links to all campaigns, resizing images and editing photos as needed.
• Develop, define and monitor social media campaigns
• Handle the day-to-day engagement with our following, responding to all comments, DMs, and any customer service issues that come up via our social media channels.
• Work with Ecommerce director to monitor website traffic for performance of social media content.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends
• Creating and editing original Hive and standard Ecom product descriptions.
• Create and maintain company blogs. Keep all blog content current and up-to-date with special attention to Search Engine Optimization, grammar, accurate images, and product specifications
• Work with the customer service team to create standard responses to common questions.
• Receiving feedback from leaders and clients to improve content
• Create and organize press materials, samples, and assets for press tours and PR events
• Write with grammar quality, overall concept clarity and use of content marketing / social media best practices in mind
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach
• Source images and other content internally or externally
• Manage and write, sell sheets , with the help of marketing team
• Manage and write, Digital Catalogs, with the help of marketing team
• Manage and write, Press Releases, with the help of marketing team

Experience Required

• Minimum 3-5 years of digital content / social media management experience.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box a must.
• Organizational skills managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Golf and / or sports experience is a big plus!
