Job Requirements
Current Athletic Trainer Certification
Current CPR And AED Certification And Community First Aid
Previous Experience Working With Children Grades 7-12
Role & Responsibilities
Consistently Monitor Athlete Safety
Evaluate and Treat All Campers and Staff Who Are Potentially Injured
Inform Camp Staff of All Injuries
Document Athlete Injuries
Core Competencies
Able to move and lift athletes, water coolers, medical equipment, etc. (at least 50 lbs.)
Able to pay ridiculous attention to detail and document athlete injuries electronically
Able to maintain the highest level of professionalism in dealings with campers, parents and staff
Ability to respond immediately and work effectively in emergency situations
Ability to take control, make sound decisions, and stay level headed in stressful and emergency situations
