POSITION: General Manager Retail

EXPERIENCE:
Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST in the Window/Home Improvement Industry!

QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years of Management Experience in the Home Improvement/Window Industry
Experience with Managing all aspects of a Home Improvement company including sales, and the installation of windows and doors
You MUST be able to manage hiring, training, and installation on a regional basis

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage hiring, training, and installation departments regionally
Conduct weekly meetings
Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports
Create Quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting to Grow our Sales
