Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an E-commerce Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers, primarily through Amazon's platform.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via Amazon's messaging system, email, and phone.
- Provide accurate product information, including pricing, availability, and shipping details.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and Amazon's policies and guidelines to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably having experience operating Amazon.
- Familiarity with Amazon's platform and policies, including seller central and customer support tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience $18-22 per hour
