Role Description
This is an internship role for a Help Desk Technician at PhasedLogix IT Services. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with computer repairs. This is an on-site role located in O'Fallon, MO.
Qualifications
- Experience with desktop computers and technical support
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of help desk support best practices
- Experience with computer repair and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with network troubleshooting is a plus
